Matcha Protein Ice CREAMThis "nice" cream comes together quickly with only 5 minutes of prep and 5 minutes to make the ice cream after freezing! A much more enjoyable alternative to protein powder, shakes, or bars, this ice cream has 30 grams of protein in one pint and only 150 calories. Serving it up in an ice cream cone or just in a bowl makes this treat the perfect dessert. Ingredients:
- 1 vanilla protein shake (I use Premier Protein) - 1 tbsp of sugar free pudding mix, flavor vanilla - 2 tsp of matcha powder Find all of the products I used in my Amazon storefront: https://amzn.to/3r4mp5u As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Instructions: - Pour the vanilla protein shake and pudding mix into the Ninja Creami pint sized container. Stir well. - Freeze the mixture for at least 6 hours for a soft serve consistency, or 18+ hours for a harder ice cream. - Remove the container and let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. Run under warm water around the sides and bottom for 2 minutes to break up ice crystals. - Run the mixture in the Creami on the lite ice cream or soft serve mode. Rerun until the desired consistency is obtained. - Add in any desired toppings, such as white chocolate chips or nuts, and run the mix-in cycle, if desired. - Scoop into a bowl, onto a cone, or eat straight from the pint!
